Shipping and returns

Delivery

Shipping is free on every order within Australia. There is no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.

Orders are dispatched within 4 business days and typically arrive within 5 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas can take longer.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Changing or cancelling

Contact us as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has not been dispatched we will do what we can. Once it is with the courier, the returns process below applies.

Returns, change of mind

If you change your mind, tell us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the item provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a refund or a replacement, including return postage. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing on this page limits them.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged, and we will reply with the next step within one business day.
